We want every homeowner who reaches Vegashappy Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template and not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start by raising it with the plumber directly. Keep notes and messages in writing.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Keep in mind that Vegashappy Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with the plumbing work itself, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
